Dakota Dunes, SD (April 28, 2005) — The Radiosophy™ MultiStream™ receiver was selected as a “Pick Hit Award” recipient at the recent National Association of Broadcasters Convention (NAB) in Las Vegas. The “Pick Hit Award” is considered the highest technical honor at NAB.

Radiosophy announced the first transportable HD Radio receiver at NAB on April 19. A prototype was on display at the iBiquity Digital booth. The MultiStream is a high-quality, low-cost HD Radio™ receiver, which receives virtually everything AM and FM broadcasters choose to transmit—HD Radio digital signals, multiple streams, and conventional analog signals. The MultiStream uses the latest HD Radio technology to deliver crystal clear sound. The receiver can be removed from the speaker base and connected to a home stereo system or your car stereo, boat or computer.

Radio magazine’s Pick Hit Awards are chosen at NAB by a panel of radio industry professionals without any bias from the magazine.

“We were thrilled to be recognized with a “Pick Hit Award”,’ stated Richard Skeie, President and CEO of Radiosophy. “We spent a lot of time in the research and development of this radio, and from all indications, we have a winner.”

The MultiStream radio will begin shipping in June with a projected price of $249.00. Radiosophy is taking pre-orders from both individual and volume purchasers.

Radiosophy, formerly known as RIVERadio, is a privately held company with operations in South Dakota. For more information, please visit www.radisophy.com or call 605.232.6465.
