Bill Graber — President/CEO
Bill Graber is an accomplished executive with an exceptional blend of strategic, analytic, business and leadership skills. During his 13 year tenure at Gateway Inc., Graber held positions as convergence marketing manager, international marketing manager and director of marketing. He managed several emerging technology platforms including new computer technologies, digital television and broadband access. As part of the leadership team for Gateway Europe and Asia Pacific, Graber acquired extensive experience in both international marketing and direct marketing.

Most recently, Graber was marketing director for the commercial division of Corporate Express. Prior to that, Graber held marketing director positions with Direct Alliance and DBL Distributing. Graber holds bachelor degrees in mathematics and education.

Graber has received many sales, marketing and product awards and made numerous speaking appearances on convergence marketing strategies, including television appearances on ZDTV and .com networks.

Mark Ferdig — CFO
Mark Ferdig has 30 years of experience in working with entities in all stages of development. For the past five years Ferdig has provided financial leadership to clients through his consulting firm, Ferdig Financial Ltd. Prior to 2000, Ferdig was a CFO with companies in the transportation and telecommunication industries. In that capacity he oversaw the complete financial spectrum of services including financing, merger and acquisition activities and financial reporting.

Ferdig is a CPA and began his professional career with KPMG. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Bill Billings — Vice President Technical
Bill Billings has 13 years of leading-edge technical management experience. As a program manager for Gateway Computers, he orchestrated diverse multifunctional groups of engineers in international research and development for more than 500 products. Billings developed and implemented launch plans, was a focal point for technical and non-technical product information, coordinated quality groups, design teams, and created test plans and procedures. Billings was instrumental in expanding technical relationships and international team development for Gateway. He is experienced at communicating and meeting the needs of international product development.

Sue Nail — Vice President Corporate Communications
Sue Nail has 30 years of high technology experience ranging from entrepreneur, business owner, team manager, public relations, marketing, and consulting. In the mid-80s, Nail was instrumental in launching MacGuide magazine, managing an editorial department of several hundred writers. She worked for CE Software for 10 years serving as worldwide media director and spokesperson, helping the company to become one of the fastest growing small public companies in America.

In the mid-90s Nail led the public relations/marketing team which successfully launched the first big-screen PC/TV in the world for Gateway Computers. Nail was recognized for mentoring and leading the team, which had delivered the best PR on any product ever introduced by Gateway. Since the late 1990s, Nail has leveraged her contacts in television and radio broadcast networks, national and international newspaper organizations, national and international consumer publications into her own media relations firm with clients ranging from international hi-tech and dotcom companies to local businesses.

Randy Skeie — VP Marketing
Randy Skeie has over 15 years of high tech direct sales and marketing experience. Before joining Radiosophy, he was CEO of Startly Technologies, formerly known as CE Software. Under his guidance the company was successfully turned around, showing a quarterly profit within his first year of leadership after several consecutive years of declining sales and company layoffs.

Prior to CE Software, he worked for Computer Emporium, a retail computer store, where he was the top salesman and was recognized by Apple Computer, Inc. for being the best in the region. Skeie's passion has always been to market products and drive sales for high-tech products.

Gale Ferdig — Director of Logistics
Gale Ferdig has 12 years of professional experience in Transportation and Supply Chain management. As a manager for Gateway Computer, Ferdig was responsible for negotiating world-wide freight contracts as well as setting up optimal transportation for over 6000 different products including computers, TVs and home entertainment systems.

Tim Tushla — Director of Sales
Tim Tushla has 25 years in marketing, marketing research, sales and public relations as a business owner, corporate manager and consultant. For eight years he worked for Gateway Computer as the Market Research Manager and the Global Marketing Manager for Analysts. He led the effort to develop the company's corporate image among leading industry and financial service groups. Tushla has also served as a marketing and analyst relations consultant to a variety of Fortune 500 companies.

Dan Clem — Information Counselor
Dan Clem, BSBA, University of South Dakota, 1990, has extensive experience as a web and database developer. He has been the software architect and lead developer on several data-driven websites for companies including Nebraska Machinery, the Caterpillar dealer in Nebraska; DBL Distributing, a national electronics wholesaler in Scottsdale, AZ; MASABA Mining and Manufacturing, an aggregate equipment manufacturer in Vermillion, SD; and Trilogy Networks, an IT consulting and deployment firm in North Sioux City, SD.
